We're looking for an experienced HR professional with strong project management skills to join our client's HR team as an HR Project Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you'll lead and deliver multiple HR projects, ensuring each initiative supports commercial goals and is delivered on time.

Location: Winnersh

Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract

Working Pattern: Full-time preferred; part-time (4-day week) considered

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead recruitment activities
Oversee and enhance onboarding programmes
Improve performance review processes for greater consistency and impact
Support succession planning strategies
Design and implement employee development pathways
Conduct and evaluate exit interviews
Prepare and interpret HR reports and key workforce metrics
Identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights
Contribute to compensation and benefits initiatives
Conduct salary benchmarking, monitor market trends and regulatory updates
Lead employee engagement and recognition programmes

What We're Looking For:

CIPD Level 5 qualified
4-5 years of HR generalist experience
Solid grasp of employment legislation and HR best practices
Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and market benchmarking
High attention to detail, especially in payroll and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office
