Pay Rate: £85-£105 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time (potential for weekend work)

We are currently recruiting dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants for a specialist education setting in Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a supportive and professional team, making a genuine impact on the lives of children and young people with complex needs.

Requirements:

QCF Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) - essential

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential childcare or a similar care setting

5+ years of experience working in education

Proven experience supporting children and young people with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
