The Role

Deliver pre set lessons and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher.

Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
*
Support students with their learning and help maintain classroom discipline.
*
Adapt to different schools and classroom environments with professionalism and confidence.
We Are Looking For
*
Experience working with young people (in education, youth work, coaching, or similar)
*
A strong academic background and a passion for education
*
Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
