We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, as well as a creative flair. The chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to our menu and recipes. The chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing food inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef. (Care Home experience preffered)
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
