Job Description: The Customer Account Manager must be well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask. The position requires strong communication & follow-up skills, the ability to navigate on line portals and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel, as well as analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities include analyzing, communicating, collaborating and executing the implementation of customer compliance requirements for all new and existing customers. The role will work cross-departmentally to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include account management, order entry, credits, claims, chargebacks and processing RTV’s.
2+ years’ experience in customer service or related field
Associates Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
