What You'll Do

• Lead & coach three spec-focused colleagues
• Win specifications-deliver CPDs, influence architects early, lift quote conversion
• Own reporting & events-keep CRM sharp, prepare board packs, host factory visits
• Feed market insight into UK and North American expansion plans

You'll Need

• Strong record selling construction products via the specification / CPD route
• Experience guiding or managing sales/spec teams with KPI focus
• Confident presenter who engages architects and senior stakeholders
