Senior Town Planner - Milton Keynes

The RoleAs a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Lead on a range of planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals.

• Manage client relationships and provide expert planning advice.

• Contribute to development plan representations and policy reviews.

• Support and mentor junior members of the team.

• Take responsibility for delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

About YouWe are seeking a commercially minded planning professional with:

• An RTPI-accredited degree or postgraduate qualification.

• Chartered Membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).

• Around 5 years' experience in planning, ideally within a consultancy environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
