School Business Manager

CPSS are seeking an organised and proactive School Business Manager to oversee the school's financial, operational and administrative functions. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of finances, HR, premises and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the school budget and financial reporting

Overseeing HR processes and staff administration

Managing premises, facilities and health & safety

Supporting strategic planning and ensuring compliance with regulations

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong financial and organisational skills

Be an effective communicator with leadership experience

Ideally have experience in a school or public sector setting
