What will your role look like?

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the Mochi Ice Cream venture. Your key responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the highest quality standards
Inventory Management: Take charge of inventory, oversee supply orders, and ensure the kiosk is consistently well-stocked
Customer Service: Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, engage with customers, and promptly address any concerns to enhance their overall experience
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth kiosk operations, maintain cleanliness, and uphold compliance with safety and health regulations
Sales and Promotions: Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and revenue through innovative promotions and engaging events
