A stunning B&I location in Watford for a UK-based trade and retail company. Catering from approximately 350 people daily. We offer breakfast, lunch and a deli bar and some hospitality. The role is a Monday to Thursday operation with additional benefit of free parking on site although slightly limited.

We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in Watford.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
• Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
• Manage payments and any cash handling.
• Daily stock takes of products available

You will have the following skills:

• Excellent customer service
• An all-round team player
• Barista experience essential
• Personable, good sense of humour, fun.

Knowledge / competencies:

Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
