The successful individual will need a proven background within Holiday Park Sales with a passion for delivery the highest standard of Customer Service possible. Roles, Responsibilities and Personality:
- Manage and develop a sales team while advocating our fun-loving people centered ethos.
- Ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
- Stock Management, available and presented for sale.
- Provide appropriate service to our owners.
- Oversee the aftersales process ensuring that any issues are addressed and rectified promptly.
- Promoting a transparent, honest sales process in line with the company values.
- Ensure FCA compliance
- Managing stock and overseeing pitch availability
- Seeking sales opportunities through actively generating new leads as well as identifying part exchange opportunities.
- Maximise profit and optimising margin percentage in each transaction.
