The role of Reception Teacher includes:

• Delivering an engaging and inspiring Early Years curriculum
• Teaching systematic phonics using Little Wandle's Letters and Sounds Revised
• Creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community
• Supporting each child's social, emotional, and academic development
