We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer for a reputable housing association. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who owns a car and is comfortable travelling across various patches. The position involves significant customer interaction and requires strong IT skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Travel across designated patches to address and resolve neighbourhood issues effectively.
• Operate from the office in Leatherhead, with the flexibility to start daily travel from home or office as needed.
• Engage directly with customers to understand and address their concerns, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Utilise various IT tools including databases, CRM systems, and Outlook to manage records, communicate with stakeholders, and report on activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must own a car and have a valid driving licence.
• Proficient in using general IT tools such as databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a housing or community services context.
