* Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Executive to join our commercial team in Derby. This hybrid role will support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and customer coordination to ensure excellent service and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a sales support, administrative, or commercial role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and preparing customer quotes

Upload and process orders in SAP and maintain accurate sales records

Monitor incoming customer requests and ensure timely responses

Communicate with customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings

Help organise product deliveries and logistics coordination

Assist the sales team during customer meetings and visits

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience with SAP preferred

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach

Person Specification:
