Location: Cheshire & North Wales
Salary: Starting £55,000 per annum + bonus

BRB Recruit are partnering with an organisation on an exciting expansion, establishing supported accommodation services across Cheshire and North Wales, alongside a children's home supporting older young people in transition.

They are seeking an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager with a strong knowledge of supported accommodation regulations, including safeguarding and compliance standards, to lead these services and ensure they operate to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage supported accommodation services, ensuring full compliance with regulations

*

Oversee the day-to-day running of services, including staffing, operational systems, and care plans

*

Ensure safeguarding policies and practices are followed at all times

*

Support young people transitioning to independence, delivering high-quality, person-centred care

*

Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain outstanding standards

*

Build strong relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external partners

*

Monitor outcomes, report on compliance, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

*

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in supported accommodation or residential care

*

Strong knowledge of supported accommodation regulations and safeguarding requirements

*

Level 3 or above in relevant care/childcare qualification

*

Full UK driving licence (desirable)

*

Confident, hands-on, and able to manage multiple services effectively
