Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour shifts, days and nights)

What We're Looking For

We're after a proactive and solutions-focused engineer with strong electrical expertise.

Qualifications:

Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
Ideally, a BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical EngineeringExperience:

Minimum 3 years in an FMCG environment (ideally food manufacturing)Skills:

Strong electrical fault-finding, ideally with PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley/Siemens)
Experience with motors, sensors, control panels, variable speed drives, robotics and automation
Mechanical knowledge (e.g. pneumatics/hydraulics) beneficial but this is an electrically biased role The Job

Electrical Maintenance: You'll be responsible for electrical fault-finding, repairs, and upgrades across a range of automated machinery and production lines.
Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Keep equipment running smoothly, from conveyors and packaging lines to advanced robotic systems.
Problem Solving: Use your initiative to quickly diagnose issues and keep downtime to a minimum.
Collaboration: Work independently or with the team, always communicating clearly and professionally.
