Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM + 1 Saturday Morning a Month

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, establishing rapport and understanding their service needs

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service journey

Accurately record customer vehicle details and service requirements into the dealership's system

*

Provide clear explanations of the work required and associated costs, ensuring transparency and customer trust

*

Coordinate with workshop staff to establish realistic service and repair timelines

*

Update customers on vehicle progress and ensure all their questions and concerns are addressed promptly

*

Assist with the preparation of invoices and finalising service transactions efficiently

*

Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions to upsell where appropriate

*

Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the service department, supporting team members as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive environment

*

Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach to client needs

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Good organisational and time management abilities

*

Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers

*

Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office suite

*

A professional appearance and a positive attitude
