Site Manager required in Bristol, Somerset

What is required for the position?

Tickets: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction Housing projects.

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Work involved: Works involved: Site Manager for the Dryliners on a large housing site. £2m project, ensuring the spec is being followed, programmes being adhered too, making sure enough materials are on site and co-ordinating with head office. Only 6 dryliners on there currently but going upto 30 guys on site

Other information:

Working hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm

£250 per day
