Customer Service Advisor - 6 month fixed term
Working within the client relations team our client is looking for a customer service advisor to join a customer focused team. You will be working along side managers who have their own client base as well as working independently owning a range of responsibilities across the whole department.
Our client is looking for candidates who are proactive in managing and maintaining a varied workload while also meeting the needs and expectations of customers. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls, maintaining the service standards our client requires to enable them to get the best outcome for their clients all while being supported by a friendly and outgoing team. No two days will be the same which makes this role unique and non scripted.
Learning and development is also key in this role and our client has a great track record of offering career progression to those candidates who are excelling in their role.
The role will be initially for 6 months with possible further extension.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm and the role will be a blend of office based and home working.
This role is a financial services role and therefore it is a requirement to pass a credit and disclosure check.
