Site Manager

A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to their close knit team.

The successful Site will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties and London.

They are a stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects - It's a CIS opportunity with a long run of work.

The Site Manager's Role

The successful Site manager will be on projects between £1 - £8 million in Central London + the home counties.

Prime residential refurbishments and new builds.

You'll either be on a £5 million High-End Fit out in Guildford or £1 - £3 million refurbishments in London.

You'll be responsible for the day to day running of the project with support from a visiting contracts manager and a direct line in the director of the business, who remains hands on.

The Site Manager - Requirements

High end residential experience £1 - £3 million budgets
Excellent organisational & team management skills
Good computer skills
A valid driving license
Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not necessary In return

£55,000 - £65,000 or CIS
Pension - Company contribution increases after probation
Training and guidance
Extra day holiday for every year of service (5 Max)
