We are looking for a Product and Technical Support Manager to join our team!

Department:

  • Industrial Automation Sales & Marketing

Basic Function:

  • Product and Technical Support Manager– is responsible for implementing, leading and managing product technical education and support for Industrial Automation Sales and Marketing Department within North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico) and marketing.

Scope:

  • Product and Technical Support Manager – continually educating, training and supporting the sales team, inside sales group, distributors and customers as established by company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the sales team, inside sales group, distributors and customers with product and technical advice,support and education.
  • Create an overall N.A. training concept / program utilizing on-site and web-based national training initiatives.
  • Oversee customer product projects from conception to completion, with an emphasis on technical soundness.
  • Analyze customer requirements to ensure applications of CKD products are successful.
  • Collaborate with local expats and CKD to create solutions for customers.
  • Meet with clients to evaluate product requirements.
  • Research and introduce new product technologies for all employees and management.
  • Supervise Marketing Specialist.

Experience and Skills:

  • 7-10 years of previous industry experience required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pneumatic components and theirapplication in an industrial/FA environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Education:
  • 4-year college degree preferred, in a technical field.
