Hours:
45 hours per week (flexibility to work shifts as required to meet business demands)

Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager

* Lead and manage the Maintenance Team to ensure the smooth running of all production and site equipment.

* Plan, organise, and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery faults to minimise downtime.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and compliance documentation.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment reliability and efficiency.

* Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.

* Manage contractors and external service providers as required.

* Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards in line with company policies.

Key Skills of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager

* Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance, ideally within an FMCG or fast-moving production environment.

* Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fault-finding skills.

* Experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating workloads.

* Ability to work flexibly, including shift coverage as business needs require.

* Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

* Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations relevant to a manufacturing environment.
