What You'll Do:
✅ Spearhead the launch of a new children's home
✅ Recruit, lead & motivate an exceptional care team
✅ Create a warm, safe and nurturing environment
✅ Drive compliance with Ofsted and care standards
✅ Champion each young person's wellbeing and growth
What You Bring:
✨ Level 5 Diploma (or working towards it)
✨ 2+ years in a leadership role within children's residential care
✨ Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills
