If you're ready to grow your career in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that incoming products meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Performing inspection, Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities.
  • Verifying compliance with design specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Providing guidance and support to operators when needed.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the Delegated Operator Scheme.
  • Preparing clear technical reports to highlight drawing, tooling, or process concerns.
  • Collaborating flexibly across teams to support operational performance.

What You'll BringEssential Experience & Skills

  • A recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship.
  • At least 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience within an aerospace, manufacturing, assembly or tooling environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control requirements.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications confidently.
  • Good communication skills and a working knowledge of manufacturing and assembly practices.

Desirable

  • ONC, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience with 3D metrology systems.
