Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and performance go hand-in-hand?A well-established manufacturer, supplying engineered solutions is looking for a Production Leader to support daily operations and team performance across one of its key production areas. You’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical industries including food, medical, energy, and automotive.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives
  • Run daily structured meetings and communicate key performance metrics (SQCDP)
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely, high-quality output
  • Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
  • Own team performance, coaching, and capability development
  • Escalate and resolve production issues swiftly and effectively
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership/supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong grasp of SQCDP, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Comfortable holding teams accountable to deliver results
  • Previous hands-on experience in panel wiring, crimping, or loom assembly is a bonus
  • Ambitious and committed to improving processes and team engagement
