Paid Social Account Manager - London - £40,000

We're working on a fantastic opportunity with a well-known Agency on building out their expert paid social team and looking for enthusiastic and experienced Paid Social Account Manager to join the team and work on a variety of accounts from SME sized companies to largely recognised retail brands working on and delivering world class paid social campaigns.

Working closely with the directors, it's not only a fantastic opportunity to work on some great campaigns and liaise directly with clients, but also an opportunity to really map out a fantastic brand both within this company as well as the wider group they are part of. The campaigns you will be working on are massively varied and include sectors from Technology and FMCG through to Retail, Entertainment, and finance to name just a few of the verticals!

This will be a busy role with lots of progression opportunity and so they are looking for a candidate who can not only hit the ground running with experience in paid social but also has a genuine passion and interest in paid social campaigns and is always looking to grow their own skill set.

Responsibilities will include:

* Work on Paid Social briefs across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Amazon.

* Manage daily tasks and assist in Managing junior team members.

* Liaise directly with clients and regularly audit accounts to ensure continued improvement in performance.

* Work closely with the Account Directors on briefs and attend meetings where needed.

* Build out media plans including providing spend forecasts.

* Create and present documents to clients to show the performance of campaigns including all of the in-depth analytics and results.

* Always look for innovative ways to improve and boost campaign performance.

* Campaign activation and optimisation across biddable campaigns with the exposure to other digital channels.

* Manage campaign and client budgets efficiently.

Requirements include:

* 3+ years' experience in Paid Social or digital media.

* Ideally, a background working on Paid social campaigns in an agency environment.

* Hands on experience of activating and planning paid social activity.

* Any qualifications in digital media/ advertising would be advantageous but not essential.

* Analytical thought process and a keen eye for detail.

* Great communication skills - both written and verbal and confident in presenting to and liaising with clients directly.
