A well-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Nottingham and the wider East Midlands region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Surveyor / Analyst to join a stable consultancy with a structured workload and strong pipeline of work across domestic and commercial properties.

The Role

* Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance* Undertaking air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in line with HSG248* Working across a range of domestic and commercial properties* Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports* Managing your own diary and workload effectively* Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

* BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent)* Previous experience working in a Surveyor / Analyst or dual role* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively* Full UK driving licence
