Executive Assistant is accountable for clerical tasks and assists upper management when necessary.
Manages and sustains efficient interactions amongst the C-Level executives department, inner departments and upper administration.
Organize and arrange all international and domestic journey’s for senior management.
Makes ready and edits communication, presentations and reports.
Presents and handles statements and repayments.
Act in a team with managers on several tasks in addition to manning the desk.
Be discreet in conversing with colleagues, safeguarding classified data.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Adept in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with functioning in an environment with more than 100 staff members.
Understanding of up-to-date conference call techniques and procedures.
Aptitude to manage all parts of a task with marginal supervision.
