We're looking for someone just like you to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Kirkby to provide 1:1 support in an Early Years setting.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in the Early Years classroom, your responsibilities will include:

• Offering tailored support to a child, helping them access and enjoy learning.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering structured, engaging activities.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment to support the child's progress.
• Collaborating closely with the class teacher, SENDCO, and parents to monitor and support development.
• Encouraging positive social, emotional, and academic growth.

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Have previous experience working in a UK primary school setting (this is essential).
• Understand early childhood development and SEN support strategies.
• Are confident communicators and strong team players.
• Can commit to working Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

• Competitive daily rates £85 to £95 (depending on experience).
• Referral bonus Earns £300 when you refer a friend.
