Are you a detail-oriented, organised professional with a passion for operational excellence? Linx is looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Operations Team, supporting clients and recruitment agencies with the day-to-day delivery of high-quality workforce solutions.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate daily recruitment activity and supplier communications
Manage inboxes, Teams messages, and candidate documentation
Support reporting, payroll, and HR processes
Act as a key contact for hiring managers and agencies
Ensure compliance with recruitment workflows and IR35 assessmentsWhat We're Looking For:

Strong communication and admin skills
High attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office & Teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruitment or vendor systems is a plusA wealth of benefits
