CNC Mill/Turner - Somerset

£17 - £19 per hour | Permanent Position

Are you an experienced CNC Mill/Turner with a passion for precision engineering? We are seeking a skilled machinist/turner to join a well-established engineering in a renamed precision company in Bridgwater on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys producing high-quality components, and is confident with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls.

The Role:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Mill-Turn machines (3-axis lathes - X, Z & C)

• Working from engineering drawings to produce small and large batch parts

• Performing tool changes, setups, and first-off inspections

• Ensuring components meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards

• Maintaining equipment and promoting a clean, safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner or Mill/Turn Operator

• Confident with Fanuc and Mazatrol controls

• Able to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

• Skilled in setting up and adjusting tooling

• Experience with G-code and Manual Guide i is a plus
