Production Operative

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will be involved in a variety of manufacturing tasks, including assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), programming devices, and supporting wave-solder operations.

Main Duties

Identifying and placing electronic components onto PCBs
Removing PCBs from panels and preparing them for coating
Applying masking and protective caps for the wave-solder process
Inserting components into a manual programming jig
Adding serial number labels to devices
Checking component placement, position, and orientation
Completing process control paperwork accuratelyWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in electronics assembly or production
Candidates with Wave-Solder experience
Experience running CMS400 machinery is highly desirable
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team playerWhat's on Offer
