About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our clients fabrication and construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical welding abilities and experience working with structural steel.

Key Responsibilities:

Weld and fabricate structural steel components using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick (SMAW) welding processes.

*

Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, drilling, or shaping steel components.

*

Perform layout, fitting, and assembly of steel structures according to specifications.

*

Conduct weld inspections and ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.

*

Operate hand and power tools such as grinders, torches, plasma cutters, and magnetic drills.

*

Work at heights on scaffolding or elevated platforms when required.

Requirements:

*

Familiarity with CNC cutting, robotic welding, or advanced fabrication equipment.

*

Valid CSCS is preferred.

*

Proven experience as a welder, preferably within structural or heavy steelwork.

*

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding.

*

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead).

*

Valid welding certifications (e.g., ASME, AWS, EN ISO) preferred
