What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the class teacher

Managing classroom behaviour and creating a calm, focused learning environment

Supporting students with their learning and encouraging positive engagement

Working collaboratively with school staff to support academic and personal development

Gaining hands-on experience across a range of subjects and year groups

We're Looking For:

Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. coaching, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, or support roles)

Confident communicators who can engage and manage a classroom effectively

Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education

Those considering future teacher training routes (PGCE, SCITT, or QTS Apprenticeship)

Reliable and enthusiastic team players ready to make a positive impact in schools
