Cleaner (Construction, Office & Domestic)

Location: Exeter & surrounding areas
Earnings: £12 - £18 per hour / £100 - £220+ per day (depending on work type)

About the Role

We're looking for reliable and hard-working Cleaners to join our growing team covering Exeter and surrounding areas.

Work includes a mix of:

* Construction / builder cleans

* Office & commercial cleaning

* Domestic house cleaning

This is a flexible, self-employed role with consistent work available.

Key Responsibilities

* Construction cleans (post-build, sparkle cleans, site cleaning)

* Office cleaning (regular scheduled cleans)

* Domestic cleaning (homes, apartments, end of tenancy)

* Cleaning to a high professional standard

* Managing your own daily schedule

* Representing the business professionally on-site

Requirements

* Previous cleaning experience (construction cleaning highly beneficial)

* Own transport (important for moving between jobs in Exeter)

* Ability to work independently and efficiently

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable and punctual

* Physically fit (construction cleans can be demanding)

Desirable (but not essential)

* Own cleaning equipment and products

* Experience with builder cleans / site work

* CSCS card (advantage for construction sites)

* DBS check
