The RoleAs a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take a proactive approach to managing a varied portfolio of cases, ensuring they are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and within statutory timeframes.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including:
- Administrations (ADMs)
- Members’ and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs and CVLs)
- Compulsory Liquidations
- Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
- Overseeing cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met
- Drafting Administration Proposals and statutory reports
- Preparing detailed progress and closure reports for Administrations and Liquidations
- Liaising confidently with creditors, directors, and key stakeholders
- Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-profile assignments
About You- Proven experience within corporate insolvency, ideally operating at Senior Administrator level
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency processes and relevant legislation
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- CPI/ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (desirable)
