The Role

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take a proactive approach to managing a varied portfolio of cases, ensuring they are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and within statutory timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including:
  • Administrations (ADMs)
  • Members’ and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs and CVLs)
  • Compulsory Liquidations
  • Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
  • Overseeing cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met
  • Drafting Administration Proposals and statutory reports
  • Preparing detailed progress and closure reports for Administrations and Liquidations
  • Liaising confidently with creditors, directors, and key stakeholders
  • Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-profile assignments
About You
  • Proven experience within corporate insolvency, ideally operating at Senior Administrator level
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency processes and relevant legislation
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • CPI/ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (desirable)
