• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
• Support pupils as they transition from EYFS into more formal learning
• Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform next steps.
• Work closely with the KS1 team, teaching assistants, and senior leaders
• Create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment where children can flourish

This role is open to both experienced teachers and confident ECTs seeking a supportive start to their career.What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 (placement experience considered)
• Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development
• A positive, child-centred approach to teaching
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
