Salary: £20000 - £23000 / annually

Manucomm recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Services administrator with experience working in a fast paced environment
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for the proactive and efficient running of the companies UK order-processing administration and customer administration functions 

Main Duties and Responsibilities
·Direct Customer point of contact
·Maintaining excellent Customer relationships
·New Customer set-up
·Responding to customer enquiries, complaints and handling customer feedback
·Working with and supporting the UK & European based sales team
·Creating, acknowledging, tracking and reporting of orders & quotations
·Production of Sales reports as required

The post holder must be a Team player and have the following:

  • General office duties experience
  • 2+ years of experience within a Customer Service / Telesales / Fast Paced environment 
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail 
  • Proven customer service skills 
  • Be capable of learning new skills/technical environments 

In return my Client is offering a salary of £20 - 23,000 DOE + Benefits
The role is Monday to Friday
8:30 - 5pm
