Senior Technical Coordinator - Major Residential Scheme - West London

You will play a key role in its continued success, specifically focusing on structural and remediation packages. With construction well underway, your technical expertise and site-based experience will be critical in ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding quality.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead coordination of structural and remediation packages across multiple phases

* Bridge design intent with on-site delivery, resolving technical challenges promptly

* Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate delivery

* Act as a key point of contact on-site in Acton, contributing to design reviews and progress meetings

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator (or similar) in large-scale residential developments

* Strong understanding of structures and remediation

* Site knowledge and ability to manage technical issues in a live construction environment

* Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset

* Previous experience using Asite
