Regional Manager required for a leading elderly care provider in the East Midlands.
We are seeking an experienced area/regional manager with a proven successful track record in elderly care home management. This is a great time to be joining this highly regarded organisation that lead with a strong set of values and unwavering commitment to achieving high standards in elderly and dementia care.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience as a Regional Manager
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with commitment to complete Level 5 or 7
Registered Nurse with active pin (Desirable)
Experience of managing large teams of people
Strong planning and organisational skills
Comfortable with frequent travel across the portfolio
Responsibilities include:
Management of Care Home Managers
Care and Compliance of Care Homes
Profit and Loss Responsibilities
Providing inspirational leadership and management
The role is offered at up to £60,000pa plus Bonus and Car Allowance
