Our client, a well-established and inclusive educational institution, is now seeking a Deputy Curriculum Manager to support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of their Engineering and Construction provision.

As Deputy Curriculum Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping teaching excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring students achieve their full potential in a thriving, diverse learning environment.

What you'll be doing:

* Leading quality assurance across Engineering and Construction, ensuring alignment with awarding body standards

* Supporting curriculum planning, internal verification, and assessment strategies

* Monitoring performance indicators, learner data, and implementing improvement strategies

* Taking a lead on the implementation of T-Levels, apprenticeships and vocational pathways

* Overseeing staff operations, performance reviews, timetabling and CPD

* Acting as a key liaison with employers, external partners, and stakeholders

* Driving high levels of student satisfaction, retention, and progression

* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning experience for all learners

What we're looking for:

We are searching for a committed and dynamic individual with leadership experience in further education, ideally within Engineering and/or Construction. You'll bring a proven track record in quality assurance, curriculum development, and staff mentoring. A genuine passion for education, inclusivity, and student success is essential.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-informed, and confident in working with external partners while fostering a culture of professional development within the team. An understanding of safeguarding policies, data protection practices, and equal opportunity principles is also essential to this role.
