Support customers and organization with the end goal to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of all international and domestic customer sales orders. The Junior Global Logistics Specialist will support all international and domestic channels (Retail and Wholesale). Primary focus is to coordinate the timely fulfillment of all customer orders and receipts of inventory into our 3PL’s. The Junior Global Logistics Specialist will work collaboratively with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to minimize shipping costs and inventory dollars. Championing development of new tools and processes to streamline the fulfillment process is required to support the increasing scale of the business. The right candidate for the position will be responsible for daily communications between the 3PL’s and international and domestic customers by performing all customer service and account administration duties, including order fulfillment, status, tracking, project tracking and inventory control. This person will provide answers to customer needs with timely responses; proactively participate in a company “team” approach; and effectively communicate customers’ needs and priorities with internal team members.


  • Maintaining positive relations with 3PL working with logistic team
  • Conduct all 3PL transactions in Sage 100 (preferred, not required) - Invoicing and Packing Lists
  • Monitoring inventory at 3PL’s
  • Maintain job closing process (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
  • Ensure customer orders are properly received, processed and delivered
  • Demonstrate responsiveness ownership, accuracy, and integrity in all communication
  • Identify and resolve problems with some supervision; escalate problems when appropriate
  • Lead the analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipments, returns, and inventory
  • Serve as a backup for the department as needed
  • Perform other work related assignments as requested by Manager

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong analytic background required
  • Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Must be highly organized and process-oriented
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Inventory management and planning systems experience strongly desired
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
