Pay Rate: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour depending on experience

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced operation in Basildon. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and has a proven track record of leading warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations

Lead and support a small team to meet daily targets

Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately

Maintain health & safety and housekeeping standards

Coordinate stock control and inventory checks

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

A proactive, can-do attitude
