Vision Personnel is working with a new client looking for 3 Technical Account Manager's / Surveyor's.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking national business in the drainage and plumbing sector.

As a Technical Account Manager / Surveyor, you'll be the face of the company, building strong client relationships, carrying out site surveys, preparing quotes, and overseeing projects from first contact through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main point of contact for key commercial clients

* Build and maintain long-term client relationships

* Conduct site surveys and client meetings

* Prepare and issue quotations and technical reports

* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and win new business

* Manage projects to meet both client expectations and company goals

* Liaise closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery

* Take part in a technical telephone support rota (1 in 6 weeks)

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in drainage, plumbing, construction, or a related industry

* Strong understanding of surveying and commercial quoting

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Ability to travel to and from the clients office in Ongar, Essex

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure

* IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel; PowerPoint a bonus)

* Professional, punctual, and a strong team player

* Resilient, positive, with a sense of humour—valued in our close-knit team

What our client offers:

* £40,000 basic salary

* Uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)
