I am working for a leading financial services provider who are on the lookout for a multi-skilled M&E maintenance engineer to join their maintenance shift team. This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking to take on a new challenge in a newly renovated building in the heart of the City of London.

Duties

Ensuring all mechanical & electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out to company standards
Carry out reactive repairs as required
Liaising with subcontractors
Ensure weekly reports are completed
Signf of completed PPM and reactive taks within SLA
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client facility manager
To be involved in the call out rota as and when requiredRequirements

C&G 17th/18th Edition
