My client a well established manufacturing and distribution company based in Altham is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join their team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to contribute to the success of a large and growing organization.
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with on boarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
