Job Title: Registered Nurse (Days) - Nursing Home
Location: Waltham Abbey
Salary: £23 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Registered Nurse (Day Shifts) to join our friendly nursing home team in Waltham Abbey. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans

Monitor, record and report vital signs and clinical information

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Work closely with the wider clinical and care team to deliver holistic care

Maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date documentation

Support residents' physical, emotional and social needs

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all clinical governance requirements

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Minimum 2 years' experience within a nursing home or similar setting

Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills

Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively

Compassionate, patient-centred approach
