We are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our client's long-standing team. They are looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and help empower colleagues across the business.

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will identify areas of improvement within the organisation's systems, processes, and procedures. This role is vital in helping our client stay competitive and achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities for Continuous Improvement Lead
· Develop strategies and action plans to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall effectiveness
· Assess processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
· Work closely with departmental leaders and employees to determine root causes, develop solutions, and empower teams to problem-solve
· Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee engagement
· Support Operations and Projects departments in planning layouts and infrastructure for new machines and processes
· Lead weekly performance meetings to analyse scrap rates and machine efficiency, collaborating across departments to implement solutions
· Implement and manage KPIs to monitor performance and minimise waste

Key Skills and Experience required for Continuous Improvement Lead
· Passion for change management and continuous improvement
· Proven experience in reducing waste
· Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
· Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Able to command respect and represent the company professionally
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
