Medical Receptionist - Temporary - £12.71 Per Hour - North Liverpool

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to join a busy, friendly team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is , reliable, organised and personable. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a caring manor over the telephone and in person.

Key Responsibilities

* Meeting and greeting patients into the practice.

* answer incoming phone calls and handling patient enquiries

* Booking appointments over the telephone.

* Use the system EMIS.

* Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as required.

About You

Essential:

* Receptionist/ Administration experience.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficient in systems.

* Friendly, empathetic, and professional approach.

* System EMIS experience.
