The Role

The Head of English will:

* Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire English department.

* Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.

* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of highly skilled English teachers.

* Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.

* Promote literacy across the school and foster a love of reading.
